If you're booking for the first time, please select Initial Appointment. This is a slightly longer session to allow for a comprehensive review of your health as well as your first treatment.
If you've already been seen for an initial appointment, please book a follow up appointment.
Cancellation &
No Show Policy
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment that you have booked, please phone 0208 051 7743, as the online booking system does not have the facility to amend bookings once confirmed.
Please be aware that clients cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before their appointment will be charged the full fee of the appointment.
Patients no showing for their appointment will be charged the full fee of their appointment.
These fees are charged directly to the patient.
Reminder emails are sent out for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder, the above policy will remain in effect.
